Hello all, heading again a though I grew to become happy owner of a Matchless G80 TCS.
I am hoping to obtain a bit a lot more about the record of the bicycle, when it arrived back again into the Uk and who could have imported it and in which from. It is really been certificated by the club and was built in 1960. Unfortunately it was by no means registered with the North The united states Club.
Going back as far as I now the very last man or woman in the United kingdom chain was somebody who went by the nick identify of “Harry the ambulance” because he drove just one. Apparently Harry bought the G80 storm and a G15CS to Ace classics in London around 2010 or before, but unfortunately Harry is no for a longer time with us. At that time the bicycle experienced no V5.
So I am trying to trace any individual who understood Harry who was an AMC enthusiast and any details former to Harry re the history of the bike.
I attach a couple of pictures just in scenario it helps as I reckon the bicycle was restored possibly all around 20many years in the past but a little bit of a wild guess.
