I would start by checking the output from the dynamo. Be a part of terminals F and D collectively and hook up to one aspect of a bulb or meter. Connect the other side to earth. The bulb really should mild when the bicycle is began if the dynamo is charging (or the output ought to show on the meter.) Other points to appear for : has a fuse from the regulator to ammeter blown? Is the earth position clear and vibrant? Are the nuts on the ammeter contacts loose? Other unfastened or undesirable connections. What variety of regulator is it?
